About Teacher Training

Our Pilates teacher training course is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and certification necessary to become Pilates instructors. These courses cover anatomy, physiology, and the principles of Pilates, including proper alignment and movement techniques.

Students will learn how to create safe and effective Pilates sessions for clients of all levels and gain hands-on experience teaching under the guidance of Master Trainers. Studio hours and exams are required upon completion of the course, and participants receive certification to teach Pilates professionally.Ā

Our course requirement is a minimum of 500 hours. By the end of the course, graduates will receive educational training in a multitude of apparatus (Mat, Reformer, Jumpboard, Springboard, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Magic Circle). Along with the certification, each graduate receives a special focus on injury modification, successful teaching skills, and etiquette will be paramount.

72 Hours In-Person Training

Complete at the host studio over 12 days.

If you miss a day, you can make it up at a future training session free of charge, provided arrangements are made in advance.

Alternatively, you can hire a master trainer at their regular rate to schedule a makeup day sooner.
